Streetsboro Elementary School News

Online Registration

We are very excited to announce that the Streetsboro City School District has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service.  FinalForms allows you to complete and sign forms for your students.  The most exciting news is that you will never need to enter the same information twice!  FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

You will review your information once per school year to verify information is current and sign the forms.

If you are registering a new student (KG through 12th grade), please click here.  If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Use Support”.  You can also click here for step-by-step instructions if you need assistance.

If you currently have a student enrolled in Streetsboro, you will be receiving information in July to complete your paperwork for the 2017-2018 school year.

Thank you for your assistance in streamlining our paperwork processes at Streetsboro City Schools.
