Munchkins With Mom

Thank you to all of the mom's and important caregivers who attended our Munchkins with Mom event this past Friday! It was wonderful to have so many students and their family member attend this event.

Summer Reading Photos

Research has shown that students who do not read over the summer months show a measurable decline in their reading skill when they return to school. In order to encourage our students to read, Campus is sponsoring a summer contest called 'Reading Everywhere I Go!'. Please send in photos of your child reading in different places over the summer months (the beach, the back yard, on vacation, etc.) to:

SummerReadingPhotos@rockets.sparcc.org

Students will have their photos posted on the school website and will be entered into a drawing for participating this fall.

Log In to Scholastic's Summer Reading Challenge

All Campus students have been registered to participate in the 'Power Up and Read' summer reading challenge through Scholastic.com. Students have already started to log their reading minutes to help set a world record for minutes read, unlock sections of the website and earn minutes for Campus Elementary...

Shoes for Tug-O-War

Campus students will compete in our second annual Tug-O-War tournament on Wednesday, May 27th! Please be sure your child brings tennis shoes to school this day for their safety. Students who are not wearing tennis shoes will not be allowed to participate.

Beach Towels!

Please send your child to school with a beach towel for the last day of school on Wednesday, May 27th. We will be enjoying our hot dog lunch outside and playing tug-o-war on this day and the towel will provide your child with a comfortable place to sit!

Hot Dog Lunch for All Students

All students will be given a hot dog lunch on the last day of school to celebrate the end of a sucessful school year! We will serve a hot dog, chips, a cupcake and water. If your child does not like hot dogs please send a different lunch from home.
